The first of hopefully many MBSG topics; make a new Street Fighter Character. This is Felix Wolf, from Germany. I was thinking he'd be another practitioner of Psycho Power. I believe in the comics, Rose and Bison "Vega" are supposed to be the only ones, but this is fanfic, I can do whatever the hell I want.
Anyhow, for a move set, I want him to play a bit like Fei Long. fast attacks, pretty good variety, no projectiles. He would focus on psycho power's teleporting ability, I think that'd be sweet.
Perhaps I'll animate a Felix sprite.

Looks pretty sweet. I like how you painted him, almost watercolor like. He has an air of unpredictability about him. What's his fighting style? Anyway, this was fun. Can't wait to see the rest.
